For as long as I can remember, I have been “The Daydreamer”. And so, the entries into this journal will chronicle details and insights from some of the shorter journeys taken through the meadows of my mind. My ultimate goal is to write fantasy fiction novels. These journeys however, will be much more extensive and broader in scope. Consequently, they will require considerably more time to complete, which is a luxury I do not currently possess.
In the meantime, the initial meanderings through the meadows led me to dabble in the art of writing poetry. The experience has been both enjoyable as well as therapeutic, providing the means to stretch and tune the mind for longer excursions. I make no claim to be good poet, but with each poem written, I have attempted to leave reader with a relatable life experience, providing pause for contemplation, while being easy and fun to read. The Daydreamer’s Journal on the other hand, will share observations and insights from my life experiences. And so, you should be cautioned. I hold a dogmatic world view. Unlike a vast number of people today who would manipulate truth to serve a greedy self-absorbing infatuation with themselves, I accept as true that with all things there is absolute truth. The direction taken, though not fully determined, will include perspectives from both inside the corporate world, and outside as a spectator on the sidelines of life.
Before exploring my journal, please understand, I make no claim to be the Author of Truth. I will always give reasonable consideration to reasonable alternative points of view, thus allowing for an adjustment or correction of my point of view if warranted.
